Prices shown on our website are typical ranges for sedans and similar vehicles. Final price is confirmed in person at drop-off after we inspect your vehicle. We will not start work without your verbal approval of the quote. You can decline and drive away with no charge if the in-person quote isn't acceptable.
Payment is due in full at vehicle pickup unless other arrangements are made in advance. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. Online deposits via Stripe will be available in a future site update. There are no hidden fees — the in-person quote is the final price.
If you are not satisfied with the work when you pick up your vehicle, tell us before you leave the shop and we will address it that day at no additional cost. Once you have driven away and signed off on the work, we consider the job complete.
SystemX ceramic coatings come with a manufacturer warranty whose terms are set by SystemX, not by us. We will register your coating to your VIN and provide you with full warranty documentation at pickup. Warranty terms vary by coating tier — your warranty paperwork has the specifics.
We will note any pre-existing damage to your vehicle (chips, scratches, dents, fading) during the walk-around at drop-off. Our work does not repair pre-existing damage unless that damage is the explicit subject of the work being booked (e.g., paint correction).
In the unlikely event your vehicle is damaged while in our care, we are fully insured and will work with you and our insurance carrier to resolve the issue. Notify us in writing within 24 hours of pickup.
We may photograph or video the work performed on your vehicle and use those images on our website, Google Business Profile, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or other marketing materials. License plates and other identifying details will be blurred or cropped. If you do not want your vehicle photographed, tell us at drop-off and we will respect that.
This website is provided as-is for informational and booking purposes. We try to keep pricing and service descriptions current but reserve the right to update them at any time. Final pricing is always confirmed in person.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Macomb County, Michigan.
