If a scratch catches your fingernail, it's too deep for safe correction — polishing it out would mean removing more clear coat than is safe. Most swirls, light scratches, and oxidation come out completely. We'll show you what comes out and what stays before we start.
Is this safe for my paint?
Yes, when done right. We measure paint depth, use the least aggressive method that works, and stop well before we hit the clear-coat danger zone. Most cars have 10+ mils of paint — we typically remove less than 1 mil.
How long does the correction last?
The correction itself is permanent until new damage happens. The wax sealant protects the freshly corrected paint for 3–6 months. Pair with a ceramic coating for years of protection.
Should I get paint correction before ceramic coating?
Almost always yes. The ceramic locks in whatever is underneath — if there are swirls, the coating preserves them for 2+ years. Correct first, then coat.
