Do gift cards expire?
No. Never. State law requires gift cards to be valid for at least 5 years; we honor ours indefinitely.
Can the recipient use it toward part of a more expensive service?
Yes. A $200 gift card can go toward a $699 ceramic coating — recipient just pays the difference.
What if it's more than the service costs?
Balance stays on the card for next time. We'll write it on the back of physical cards or track it in the system for email cards.
Can I order over the phone instead?
Absolutely — call (586) 788-1979. We'll take everything over the phone, including payment.
How fast can you deliver?
Email PDF: same day, usually within an hour during business hours. Printed cards: available for pickup next business day.
Can I buy multiple cards at once?
Yes — use the message field to list the additional cards (amounts + recipient names). We'll process them together.
