Payment is due in person upon completion of services unless otherwise stated.
We accept cash, card, and approved payment methods.
Prices may vary depending on vehicle condition, size, and selected service package.
Promotional discounts are subject to expiration and cannot be combined with other offers.
5. Vehicle Condition & Liability
Customers must disclose any existing damage before service begins.
Top Auto Detailing is not liable for pre-existing damage, wear, or defects.
Results vary based on vehicle age, paint condition, and material type.
Customers should remove personal belongings prior to service. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items.
6. Satisfaction & Warranties
We aim for complete customer satisfaction.
Some services (such as ceramic coating) may include product-specific warranties, which are valid only if aftercare instructions are followed.
No additional warranties or guarantees are expressed or implied.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Top Auto Detailing and its representatives shall not be held liable for:
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Damages arising from misuse, neglect, or failure to follow post-service instructions.
Losses exceeding the total amount paid for the specific service.
8. Marketing & Communication
By submitting your information, you consent to receive calls, texts, and emails regarding your appointment or related offers.
You may opt out at any time by replying “STOP” to SMS or unsubscribing from emails.
